Finance Officer
 Ryan
Bear is responsible for the development and control of local
financial procedures and financial controls. This includes:
preparation of monthly management accounts including profit
and loss accounts, balance sheet analysis, cash flow, variance
analysis and commentary, monthly revenue recognition calculations,
accrual/prepayment calculations and reconciliations of balance
sheet accounts, and preparation of financial forecasts. The
Finance Officer oversees the preparation of all invoices for
submission to clients.
Mr. Bear has a background in Business Administration with a
major in Marketing. Prior to working for Indigenous Health Group
Inc. he worked for Indian and Northern Affairs of Canada as
an Economic Development Officer, for Indigenous Management Group
Inc. and Romanow, Bear & Associates as the company's Project
Analyst and Finance Officer, and was co-owner of four accounting
businesses throughout the City of Winnipeg. Ryan has been working
in finance and accounting since 2001 and in the health care
industry since 2004.
