Les
Cook RPN, BA, MSW
Executive Director of Corporate Relations
Les Cook has 25 years experience in the mental health services
field, including experience as a Psychiatric Nurse in acute
mental health, northern-Nunavut experience, and experience in
both provincial and federal Corrections. In addition, Mr. Cook
has several years experience in management and organizational
consulting, and has been a university instructor and an alternative
dispute resolution practitioner. Mr. Cook has a Registered Psychiatric
Nurse (RPN) diploma and a Master’s degree in Social Work
from the University of British Columbia.
As the Executive Director,
Corporate Relations with Indigenous Health Group Inc., Mr. Cook
provides leadership and works closely with the Chief Executive
Officer in realizing the strategic direction of the organization,
in providing organizational consulting to our clients, and in
developing a superior workforce for IHG mental health services.
